Micaela Szykman Gunther, PhD 2001
After earning her PhD in 2001, Micaela joined the Smithsonian Institution as a post-doctoral fellow, and later joined the faculty in the Wildlife Department at Humboldt State University in Arcata, California. She is currently an Assistant Professor but is being considered in 2010-11 for promotion and tenure as an Associate Professor.
